Job Description

With the continued expansion of our operations in the UK, we are now looking for a Team Leader Operations (Warehouse & In-Field) to support our London site and help us deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality operations every day. As a Team Leader, you will report directly to the Site Manager and support the day-to-day running of the site. You will lead a team of Fleet Specialists and ensure smooth operations across both the warehouse and in-field activities. This is a hands-on leadership role, well suited to an experienced Shift Supervisor or Team Leader who enjoys working close to the team while taking increasing ownership of performance, standards, and daily delivery. You’ll guide the team through daily tasks such as vehicle maintenance and repairs, battery swapping, transportation, and repositioning, while developing your leadership skills through coaching and real operational exposure.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, and support Fleet Specialists on a day-to-day basis
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and regular performance check-ins
  • Ensure daily operational tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Support the team with vehicle maintenance, repairs, and battery swaps when required
  • Assist with spare parts and battery stock control to ensure availability and good usage
  • Promote health & safety compliance and support incident follow-ups
  • Liaise with 3PL partners and support contractor activity when required
  • Support operational van activities (e.g. tracking devices)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment
  • Experience supervising or supporting others
  • A full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points for minor offences, no major offences)
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Fluent in English
  • A proactive and pragmatic mindset, you take ownership and enjoy solving problems
