Team Lead of Epic Cupid/Radiant Applications, Enterprise Clinical Applications, Baptist Medical Center, Hybrid. As a Team Lead, Epic Cupid/Radiant Applications, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, system & workflow designs, implementation & conversion, tests, and maintaining Clinical/EHR software applications. Understands Interfaces between clinical applications and hardware with multiple EMRs. Works directly with end-user departments & operational leaders to resolve software, hardware, and workflow cross-application problems. As a Team Lead, this individual will be responsible for team development, growth, training, and weekly metrics. Epic Cupid and Radiant Certification is required. A significant portion of an analyst’s day is devoted to resolving break-fix issues and performing routine maintenance tasks. These activities include troubleshooting issues, applying Epic quarterly updates, working with Epic technical support, and validating workflows to prevent disruptions or follow-up, which also includes support of complementary workflows. In addition, there are several tasks that are required to maintain our clinical-related applications, both Epic and non-Epic that will be part of work responsibilities. This role will also be responsible for Cardiology and Radiology-related projects and leading other 3rd party implementations as they relate to Cupid and Radiant. Epic application analysts also spend time collaborating with cross-functional teams. Their day typically begins with a team huddle—either a weekly group meeting or a smaller session with their team lead or manager. Throughout the day, they attend various meetings with operational leaders to clarify requirements and understand pain points from the end-user perspective. They may also participate in multi-disciplinary workgroups as part of their responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
Plans, analyzes, designs, implements, tests and maintains Clinical/EHR software applications
Interfaces with user departments to anticipate and resolve problems, develops and modifies procedures to solve data processing problems and prepares detailed specifications from which programs are written
Coordinates implementation, analysis and testing, maintenance and upgrades, application design, and debugging of complex workflows with multiple modules
Utilize deep understanding of the technical components of all modules to maintain system integrity
Provides guidance to others on challenging technical matters within the discipline
Leads project work within own team and perhaps on behalf of the larger department
May coordinate work within the team or broader department on a regular basis
Contributes to departmental operating plans
May have some formal people management responsibilities

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Minimum 7 years of related experience required
Certified - EPIC Required
Epic build and maintenance experience in Cupid and Radiant is highly preferred
Epic Training Background preferred
Leadership experience preferred
Operational/Clinical experience preferred
Epic honor roll and gold stars preferred
Epic 3rd party application experience preferred
Certification Cupid and Radiant are highly preferred
Epic Structure reporting Badge highly preferred
Project Management Certification preferred
