Job Description:

This is a full-time role for a Team Lead_MEP. As a Team Lead MEP, working independently on MEP, Electrical & BIM projects for our international clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors. You will coordinate with the clients, architects, and teams. You will work closely with the team members, with the latest technology and industry developments. You will also responsible for delivering high-quality MEP Modeling, Electrical Designing, Construction Documents and Coordination services to the clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Independently work on end-to-end target delivery
  • Understand various aspects of building services including Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical Pipework for heating & domestic water supplies, gases, and drainage systems
  • Work with the team and deliver MEP Design Documentation projects within time and with desired quality
  • Preparation of detailed drawings/design including extraction of Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
  • Working on BIM tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP
  • Independently communicate with clients in written and spoken English
  • Coordinate and supervise with teams and coordinate with clients
  • Create detailed MEP Drawings or Models using Autocad
  • Understand various MEP drawings/Plans/Sections
  • Maintain meeting notes
  • Deliver work on time, be self-driven and proactive
  • Updated with the latest trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-5 Years (AEC / MEP Industry)
  • Qualification: BE Electrical
  • Skills: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks
  • Knowledge of updated Revit MEP is must
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Degree in a relevant technical
  • Immediate joiners are preferred
  • Candidate only from Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai suburban Locations will be considered
