Lead a team focused on building and maintaining connectors within the financial ecosystem, ensuring seamless communication between Qargo and external systems such as accounting, factoring, and e-invoicing platforms. Combine technical leadership with hands-on collaboration, guiding your team in designing scalable and reliable integrations while supporting cross-functional teams and external partners.
Job Responsibility:
Lead a team of engineers working on integrations between Qargo and external systems in the financial domain (accounting, factoring, e-invoicing)
Guide the team both technically and functionally: supporting solution design, reviewing code, and ensuring scalability and maintainability of the connectors
Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to guarantee smooth implementation and follow-up
Design support procedures to make other teams self-sustainable and keep engineering productivity high
Act as a point of contact for external partners and customers when implementing or validating new integrations
Drive roadmap management by providing estimations in both complexity and implementation effort for customer requirements
Support the professional growth of your team through mentoring, coaching, and hands-on collaboration
Requirements:
Several years of experience as a software engineer, ideally with backend development and systems integration
Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams
Strong understanding of APIs, system interoperability, and integration best practices (REST, GraphQL, JSON, XML, authentication standards)
Comfortable reading API documentation, working across team boundaries, and communicating with external stakeholders
Takes ownership, thinks pragmatically, and knows how to balance speed, quality, and maintainability
Eager to use AI to optimise time spent
Nice to have:
Experience with Python and Django
Familiarity with accounting or finance systems (or a curiosity to dive into them)
