Requirements

  • Proven ability to hire, retain, and develop top talent, including making tough calls to maintain a high quality bar
  • You build strong, inclusive teams and lead beyond your direct scope to strengthen culture and collaboration
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Tech (Product and Engineering), Support, and other Operations teams to ensure cohesive merchant experiences
  • The ability to foster strong cross-team collaboration, partnering seamlessly across Adyen to remove blockers, align on goals, and provide an exceptional, end-to-end customer experience
  • Hands-on experience delivering complex integration projects in enterprise environments (payments/fintech preferred)
  • Track record of driving operational improvements, process changes, tooling, and scalable methodologies
  • Comfortable and effective operating in a global organization, collaborating across time zones and cultures
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • This role is based in Singapore and expects strong in-person collaboration (office first). The role will also require traveling to India occasionally to spend time with the team and key stakeholders in Bangalore and/or Mumbai.
