Job Responsibility:
Partner with Global HR and leaders to ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment to secure the best candidates for Karos future growth
Strengthen employer branding across Europe and the UK using data-driven insights
Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team focused on collaboration, excellence, and inclusion
Set goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
Manage end-to-end hiring for key and senior roles
Proactively source diverse, top-tier talent and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
Advise leaders on talent strategies and market trends
Partner with HRBPs on workforce planning and retention initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment (mix of agency and in-house environments)
Leadership experience of small but effective recruitment teams
Strong active sourcing expertise with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Deep knowledge of European and UK talent markets, hiring practices, and compliance
Demonstrated success in building scalable recruitment processes with a focus on excellent candidates' experience
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
