Job Description:

Execute sourcing enablement activities to streamline procurement processes and foster strong supplier relationships. Ensure that Service Level Agreements with the business are being met.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure team’s management including coaching, training, motivation and performance appraisal guidance
  • Supervise the daily operations by adhering to the agreed SLAs towards the business partners
  • Ensure good relationships with business partners and the global functional Team on a proactive basis
  • Develop and report relevant KPI’s for area of responsibility
  • Ensure that KPI’s are maintained, achieved and reported in a correct and timely manner
  • Generate ideas for process improvements with respect to the processes in scope and ensure high quality and efficient work
  • Problem analyses and proposal or assessment of solutions, and respective implementation
  • Lead initiatives to automate/optimize processes
  • Provide recommendations and act as a key point of contact to stakeholders
  • Act as the subject matter expert for complex issues
  • Define strategic priorities for the team, promote skills development, and ensure integration between sourcing and content management processes

Requirements:

  • University degree in Commerce/Business Administration/Finance/ Controlling or similar
  • 5 plus years relevant work experience in the accounting / business area / Procurement
  • Proven work experience in people management / demonstrated ability to manage a medium-sized team
  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function
  • Experience in managing/leading teams
  • Strong knowledge of Content & Catalog Management
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing Enablement support for Procurement department
  • Knowledge of Ariba Sourcing platform
  • Experience with SAP
  • Pro-active mindset in terms of identifying opportunities to drive automation and collaborate to reach goals regarding eSourcing
  • Experience in a Shared Service environment or similar
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • High degree of customer orientation
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Curious and growth mindset
