Job Description

As the Team Leader for Executive Support, your role will be to lead a team of Executive Assistants who provide support to senior leadership across multiple regions. You will be the primary point of contact for in-country executives, understanding their needs and identifying new areas where executive support is required. Coaching and mentoring the team in best practices for executive assistance will be a key responsibility. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing improvements. Ensuring accurate capture of all activities to enable robust reporting will be essential. Finally, you will develop and maintain a secondary support system to cover annual and unplanned leave for the team.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of Executive Assistants, providing guidance and support
  • Serve as the main point of contact for in-country executives, understanding their requirements and ensuring adequate executive support
  • Identify new areas where executive support is needed and allocate resources accordingly

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of executive assistant experience supporting high-level executives
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly and diplomatically
  • Unflappable, flexible, and can overcome a learning curve quickly
  • Solid communication skills on multiple platforms and mediums (email, text, in-person, video calls, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Tech savvy and familiar with working in the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to lead across multiple time zones
