Job Description

The Team Lead & Design Traffic Coordinator is a strategic operational leader who partners closely with the Graphic Design Director to drive team performance, deliver best-in-class creative deliverables, and optimize creative workflow. This dual-function role combines people management with traffic coordination, ensuring the graphic design team delivers high-quality work on time while fostering individual growth and team cohesion. This role will serve as the vital link between creative strategy and execution, managing both the people and the processes that enable excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Build team capability through targeted skill development initiatives and constructive feedback
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource allocation
  • Handle conflict resolution and employee relations matters
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for the design team
  • Monitor all incoming design requests via Monday.com and assign projects to designers
  • Serve as the primary liaison between design requestors and the creative team
  • Manage end-to-end creative workflows from intake through final delivery
  • Administer project components including folder setup, file organization, version control, and archiving
  • Coordinate creative presentations, review cycles, and distribution of design deliverables
  • Track project statuses and proactively communicate potential delays or resource constraints
  • Attend project meetings and status calls on behalf of designers
  • Support the Graphic Design Director with reporting, data tracking, and performance metrics analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of people management experience, with demonstrated success coaching and developing creative professionals
  • 3+ years of experience in traffic management, content delivery, project coordination, or creative operations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms (Monday.com experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • 8-10 years of experience in graphic design

Nice to have

Familiarity with SharePoint or similar content management systems
