We are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead with strong communication skills and the desire to make a difference for the customer and the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Management and development of the support team and overall coordination of service delivery performance, ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Working with key resellers to ensure overall satisfaction with support services
  • Create and maintain an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Support day-to-day operations and drive internal support projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Customer Support function, minimum 4 years
  • Experience as Customer Support Team Lead/Supervisor
  • Strong verbal and writing skills (B2 level) in English and fluent German
  • Understanding of customer support key performance indicators
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction and supervision
