Job Responsibility

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of around 20 colleagues
  • Guarantee a flawless logistical process
  • Intervene immediately at disruptions or bottlenecks
  • Ensure everything is perfectly coordinated from detailed planning to seamless execution
  • Manage the operation based on data and insights for maximum efficiency
  • Meticulously monitor systems and process flows
  • Act as the central hub between the Control Room, the operations floor, and technical suppliers
  • Responsible for starting and managing crucial systems like the Warehouse Control System (WCS) and the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Actively contribute to innovations to improve warehouse performance
  • Dive deep into data to proactively prevent disruptions

Requirements

  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English
  • Great sense of responsibility
  • Excellent at planning and organization
  • At least an HBO (Bachelor's) or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Logistics or Technical Business Administration
