The partners you manage directly enable new products, new markets, and better experiences for hundreds of thousands of businesses across Europe. As Team Lead, Commercial Partnerships, you'll work hand-in-hand with Product, helping shape what we build and who we build it with. You'll lead a geographically distributed team of four, bringing together people leadership, strategic partner management, and hands-on commercial execution in a way that's rare to find in a single role. Mollie is actively launching and scaling new products, and this team is right at the centre of that - identifying the right partners, securing the right terms, and keeping momentum going. This is a role with real ownership and real visibility. As Team Lead Commercial Partnerships, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to product expansion initiatives, and help build a partnerships function that's built to last.
