Job Description:

Become Quattro’s next Business Support Team Leader and play a key role in leading our admin function as the business continues to grow. We're looking for a Business Support Team Leader to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and keeping operations running smoothly across a busy and growing organisation. You'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of high-quality administrative and operational support, working closely with the Business Support Manager and acting as a key link between operational teams, management, and corporate support functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, support, and guide the Business Support team
  • Assign and monitor workloads, ensuring efficient and consistent service delivery
  • Oversee administrative workflows and manage incoming requests across the organisation
  • Coordinate with Byrnecut IT for hardware and software provisioning
  • Support the Business Support Manager with research, sourcing information, and implementing business solutions
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Support the development and performance of the Business Support team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties aligned with the scope of the role
  • Other duties as requested by the Business Support Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business support, office management, or team leadership
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing admin functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships across all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and commitment to high-quality outcomes
  • Full driver's license
