Act as the strategic and operational engine of brand marketing by owning the implementation of brand strategies and guidelines across all physical and digital touchpoints. Introduce comprehensive and strategic marketing and messaging frameworks. Manage and develop a team of committed and driven brand marketing managers with diverse experience levels that deliver high quality output on a consistently reliable basis. Take full responsibility for driving high-impact brand activations, localizing campaigns, building brand partnerships, and making the brand tangible everywhere customers engage. Manage a broad portfolio of projects simultaneously, demonstrating proactivity, ownership, and the ability to deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Guide and support internal teams and external partners (design, content, UX, and more) to implement new branding, campaigns, and tangible brand assets, acting as a subject matter expert and with end-to-end responsibility
  • Raise the quality of project management and comms strategy and help your team to present them concisely and effectively to upper management
  • Independently develop, execute, and refine processes for regular audits and systemic optimization of every critical brand touchpoint
  • Act as the senior interface between central strategy and in-market teams, taking the lead in ensuring campaigns and brand assets are locally relevant, optimally adapted, and culturally resonant
  • Develop a Brand Marketing Team of committed and driven members with diverse experience levels that delivers high quality output on a consistently reliable basis
  • Scale your team by hiring talented new colleagues and collaborate constructively with our Recruiting Department
  • Develop a comprehensive feedback culture that enables all team members to identify their most important development areas
  • Ensure close, effective coordination with Brand Strategy & Insights, Content Production, Copywriting, and Customer Acquisition, delivering fully integrated and aligned brand experiences across markets and channels
  • Act as the senior “brand police,” responsible for full compliance in look, feel, messaging, and behavior throughout the customer journey
  • Take full ownership of budgets and resource allocation for all local activations, agency partners, brand ambassadors, and third-party vendors, with responsibility for delivering optimal ROI
  • Lead contract negotiations, oversee spend, and guarantee compliance with all internal procurement and legal requirements, acting as a trusted and accountable budget steward

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in brand and marketing management or as a brand and marketing strategist on the agency or brand side
  • Proven track record of managing projects, setting up processes and timelines and enabling teams to implement them
  • Experience in developing and presenting the strategic basis and considerations of brand and marketing projects
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., GPTs, agentic AI)
  • a passion for innovating and scaling creative processes through technology
  • The necessary cross-functional expertise to collaborate effectively with brand design, strategists, media teams, customer journey, etc.
  • Strategic mindset with a knack for operational excellence, comfortable making decisions, prioritizing projects, and driving process improvement
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
