Job Responsibility

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the Blade Service Engineering team
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and competency development
  • Organize resource planning, allocate workloads, and monitor execution
  • Provide expert-level guidance for escalations
  • Approve/review technical evaluations, reports, and RCA
  • Oversee technical documentation
  • Lead technical negotiations
  • Plan, coordinate, and track tasks
  • Act as primary interface with global regions and partners
  • Oversee delivery of technical training
  • Supervise field evaluations and troubleshooting support

Requirements

  • 10+ years in blade service engineering
  • 2+ years of team leadership
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong leadership
  • Travel to global regions for reviews, training, and customer meetings
