Job Responsibility:
Lead, motivate, and mentor the Blade Service Engineering team
Conduct regular performance evaluations and competency development
Organize resource planning, allocate workloads, and monitor execution
Provide expert-level guidance for escalations
Approve/review technical evaluations, reports, and RCA
Oversee technical documentation
Lead technical negotiations
Plan, coordinate, and track tasks
Act as primary interface with global regions and partners
Oversee delivery of technical training
Supervise field evaluations and troubleshooting support
Requirements:
10+ years in blade service engineering
2+ years of team leadership
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Strong MS Office skills
Fluent English
Willingness to travel
Strong leadership
Travel to global regions for reviews, training, and customer meetings
