Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead to coordinate and optimize the performance of Advertising activities. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and achievement of targets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise, train, coach, and motivate the team to achieve daily and weekly targets
  • Organize regular meetings to define objectives, monitor progress, and address challenges
  • Monitor and optimize workflows to improve performance and achieve established KPIs
  • Analyze results and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy and correct execution of processes
  • Provide direct reporting to the HQ team in Germany in English
  • Act as the main point of contact between the team and management
  • Prepare performance reports, monitor results, and resolve bottlenecks
  • Manage conflicts and operational issues within the team
  • Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to work effectively
  • Implement strategies and processes to improve overall team performance.

Requirements:
