Job Description:

This is a full-time role for a Team Lead Architect. As a Team Lead Architect , ensuring the successful execution of projects in alignment with client requirements and timelines. You will coordinate with the clients, architects, and teams and ensuring that all projects are aligned and moving in the right direction. You will work closely with the team members, with the latest technology and industry developments. You will also responsible for delivering high-quality BIM modelling, Construction Documents and Coordination services to the clients.

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years. (At least 1- 2 years experience in working with USA Projects/Clients.)
  • B. Arch
  • Proven experience as Team Lead Architect profile
  • Stay updated with latest technology and industry developments
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and supervising with teams and coordinating with the clients
  • Excellent knowledge of BIM modeling and Coordination software, including AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail quality control, and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in the English Language
  • Prepare reports and maintain records
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Immediate joiners are preferred
  • Experience in leading a team of 4 to 5 members
  • Ensure candidates submitted for consideration meet the minimum experience requirement
  • Candidate only from Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai suburban Locations will be considered
