Job Responsibility:

  • Leading, empowering and strengthen the Front and Back Office team, ensuring high performance and service quality, including donor support and handle requests from supporters
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of daily administrative and operational processes
  • Being responsible for a well-organized office operation and administrative day-to-day business at the headquarters office
  • Serving as a key interface between departments, fostering effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Leading contract-related processes and negotiations with confidence and professionalism
  • Being responsible for budget planning, cost control, and invoice approval

Requirements:

  • Experience in team leadership, with a strong background in office administration and organisation
  • Completed commercial education, including proficient use of MS Office
  • Very good communication skills in German (C2) and English (B2) (written and spoken)
  • Team player with high social skills, reliability and a solution-oriented approach
  • Pro-active and self-organising person with hands-on mentality and positive mindset
