Job Description

Responsible for leading and managing the acquisition team. Review potential acquisitions to ensure they are a good fit for the company

Job Responsibility

  • Negotiate contract terms with the partners such as the commission
  • Generate client acquisition plan
  • Monitor the performance of the team in terms of vendor partner acquisition
  • Tracking sales target of the team
  • Acquiring key accounts (international brands) and handling level commission rate
  • Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target
  • Analyze the competition - strategies, partners, promotions, and performance with reports from the sales force and personal research
  • Maintain accurate records of acquisition
  • Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor, guide, and manage the team for optimum performance
  • Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality
  • Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.
  • Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments
  • Produce metrics that provide visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance
  • Management for reporting and support
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Product development, Call Centre, and Finance team to ensure an effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated
  • Create operational dashboards to show sales insights and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within Sales with operational background
