Job Responsibility

Team Management: Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, coaching, and training for Fleet Specialists
Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee spare parts and battery inventory, manage physical assets like vehicles and facilities, and ensure optimal usage
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage onboarding, and monitor mandatory training
Incident & Contractor Management: Record and investigate incidents, and oversee repairs and maintenance in the warehouse
3PL & Van Coordination: Manage daily communication with 3PL partners and oversee operational aspects of vans (tracking devices, not budgeting/planning)
Operational Excellence & Fleet Maintenance: Maximize vehicle uptime, perform maintenance, and extend fleet lifetime to maintain high standards
Warehouse & Shift Management: Assist in warehouse operations (receiving, packing, deploying vehicles) and organize shifts to ensure team performance
Recruitment & Training: Interview, train, and engage Fleet Specialists for continuous operations
