Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones across multiple projects
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career development for team members
  • Champion best practices in QA and drive process improvements across the team
  • Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and standards aligned with product goals and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, DevOps) to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle
  • Own the defect management process, ensuring timely identification, reporting, and resolution of issues
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, performance, and security testing
  • Maintain and enhance automated test frameworks and tools
  • Analyse test results, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
  • Track and report key QA metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and release readiness
  • Present quality status and risk assessments to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role with hands on experience
  • Strong knowledge of AIQA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Knowledge of AI in QA/ Automation
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
