Lead the Way in Automotive Excellence – Join AUTO1 Group as a Team Lead! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee and elevate our vehicle preparation process. In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with EU market standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervising, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve daily and weekly targets
  • Conducting regular team meetings to set goals, review progress, and address challenges
  • Overseeing the entire vehicle preparation process, ensuring all cars meet EU compliance and quality standards
  • Monitoring and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and meet KPIs
  • Conducting regular checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of the preparation process
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between the team and upper management
