Lead the Way in Automotive Excellence – Join AUTO1 Group as a Team Lead! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee and elevate our vehicle preparation process. In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with EU market standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervising, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve daily and weekly targets
  • Conducting regular team meetings to set goals, review progress, and address challenges
  • Overseeing the entire vehicle preparation process, ensuring all cars meet EU compliance and quality standards
  • Monitoring and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and meet KPIs
  • Conducting regular checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of the preparation process
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between the team and upper management
  • Preparing and presenting performance reports, tracking progress, and addressing bottlenecks
  • Resolving conflicts and challenges within the team or workflows
  • Ensuring the team has access to necessary tools, parts, and resources for smooth operations
  • Facilitating training programs for team members on specific requirements for different EU countries
