Job Description:

Join our team as a BI Team Lead and drive end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions that empower smarter decision making across the organisation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, lead a skilled BI team, and ensure timely, accurate insights that support our strategic goals.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver high-quality, end-to-end BI solutions that support business decisions
Translate business problems into clear technical requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop the BI team while managing priorities and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and effective adoption of BI solutions

Requirements:

Tertiary IT qualifications
5+ years industry experience
2+ years in BI
Strong BI expertise in data modelling, warehousing, and Power BI
Proven leadership capability with coaching and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Experience delivering end-to-end BI projects, including change management
