Team lead – production

• Lead and support team members to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Support and mentor new employees on safety practices, equipment use, and job responsibilities
• Conduct safety walks and maintain a strong safety culture
• Participate in daily production while overseeing shift performance and departmental KPIs
• Complete accurate and timely reporting for daily operations
• Identify and resolve issues related to training, materials, and machinery
• Uphold and enforce SOPs, attendance standards, and cleanliness
• Coordinate seamless shift transitions and ongoing departmental communication
• Champion continuous improvement through best practices and team engagement

• At least 1 year of leadership or Lead Hand experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
• Experience in woodworking, millwork, or a manufacturing environment
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and implement solutions on the floor
• Comfort with reporting, scheduling, and team accountability
• A background in project management or analytics is considered a plus
