A role focused on building and improving scalable processes for product launches, campaigns, and supplier coordination across international markets!

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, coach and develop a small team with clear goals, priorities, and ways of working
  • Drive accountability, structure, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement scalable, efficient end-to-end processes across product and campaign workflows
  • Drive automation and digitalization of key operational flows
  • Lead rollout and adoption of the digital supplier portal across markets, ensuring high usage and data quality
  • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify and improve ways of working
  • Own planning and execution of product launches and campaign coordination across markets

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in operational, commercial, or coordination-heavy roles
  • Experience from e-commerce or fast-moving consumer environments
  • Experience with product launches or campaign execution at scale
  • Exposure to supplier management or category operations
  • Strong ability to structure, optimize, and scale processes in complex environments
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with data and cross-functional workflows
  • Experience with digital tools, systems, or platforms – ideally involving automation or process development
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in international and cross-functional environments
