Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and 10+ years of experienced Team Lead to join our Fullstack Development team. The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of both frontend and backend technologies, including React.js, sNode.js, Angular, and JavaScript, and will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. As a Team Lead, you will guide a team of developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications that meet both business and technical requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fullstack developers
  • contribute to the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications
  • work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, set timelines, and ensure successful project delivery
  • design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions on AWS or Azure
  • oversee code reviews
  • advocate for and implement continuous improvement in development practices, processes, and tools
  • act as the point of escalation for technical issues
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and UX/UI designers

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in fullstack development
  • at least 7 years in a leadership or team lead role
  • strong proficiency in frontend technologies: React.js, Angular, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Next.js
  • solid experience with backend technologies: Node.js, Express.js, Python
  • hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or similar
  • knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL)
  • familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
  • proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team
  • excellent problem-solving abilities
  • strong communication skills
