We are looking for experienced Team Lead/Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. Our Global company specializes in the warehousing of pharmaceutical and life science products. We are conveniently located on the border of Oakville and Mississauga in Oakville. Job Responsibility:

  • Team lead duties
  • Operate Reach and Counterbalance
  • Oversee daily operations on the distribution center floor, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
  • Assist in managing inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation activities
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in a distribution center or warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
  • RF scanner experience
  • Dangerous Good certificate
  • SAP experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must have a forklift license
