The Titration Team Lead supports service development, operational excellence, and clinical governance aligned with Psychiatry UK’s strategic objectives. The post holder will allocate their time across team leadership, pathway ownership, clinical supervision, and operational management to deliver continuous improvement and maintain high standards of patient care.
