Job Description

A bit about the role: Reports to the Domain Head of Platform Solution. L3 support of the application for all European SaaS customers. Owns all related regional Avaloq customization solutions. Defines together with the Domain Scrum Master and the team the work model for the team. Facilitates team meetings in order to meet the requirements of the customer. Provides technical teams for dedicated strategic projects, customers and squads in the region. Integrates external resources necessary to fill the positions/capacity required to fulfil its mission. Responsible for the capacity planning and the ramp up of the team. A bit about you: Strong proven track record of the full development lifecycle over the technical components/modules of core banking system implementations. Experience in the financial industry and familiar with financial regulations. Experience setting up advisory propositions systems. Experience as a line manager and in managing Third Party Suppliers and/or External Providers. SaaS experience in a similar industry is required.
