Job Responsibility:
Guide the elaboration and implementation the Local Strategy aligned with Regional Sports Marketing to assure the strategy and for the direct management of Marketing Assets for football and running (clubs, confederations, F1, players, influencers, athletes, properties, events, etc.)
Operationalize and execute the local strategy for sports marketing segment align with Regional Sports Marketing strategy in order to guarantee, maintain and plan a brand relevant portfolio that builds brand & business
Drive cross-functionally to ensure that strategies are understood by everyone and plans are implemented
Drive the identification & activation opportunities for Sports Marketing BUs through analytics skills to secure deep insights into consumers and market
Lead the agenda to maximize the partnerships beyond sales to secure strategic plannings, executions and reports
Organize with legal advisors (in-house or external) to secure those rights (contracts)
Control budget, rights and benefits overview, to assure decision making transparency and accountability as well as any needed information in relation to the asset (e.g. product customization)
Requirements:
University bachelor’s degree in business administration with some legal understanding (alternatively in select cases: legal degree with proven business understanding)
3-4 years professional work with business experience and management
Analytical thinker
Organized process management
Strong negotiation skills (including strong written expression)
