As a Team Experience Partner, you’ll be a strategic partner to our leadership team and drive forward strategic people initiatives, helping leaders navigate and solve complex problems.
Job Responsibility:
Strategically partner with business leaders, coaching and influencing stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of key programs of work
Shape leadership team impact through talent, succession and team effectiveness initiatives
Elevate and embedded team narrative and engagement plans
Identifying and prioritising key capabilities to enable career experiences that find, grow and keep our talent
Lead the development and implementation of key streams of work across your portfolio
Create & leverage data and insights across the BU to help inform business leaders, People team and Tribe on progress to goals, opportunities to celebrate success or change direction
Requirements:
