As the Team Experience Insights Manager, you will harness "Voice of Team" and similar data to craft compelling narratives that shape our People strategy and drive meaningful cultural change. Working at the intersection of data and people, you will act as a trusted SME to leaders, ensuring that team feedback is translated into actionable insights that elevate the team experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the end-to-end analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, verify recommendations, and solve complex business challenges
  • Build strong relationships across the business to understand needs, translate them into research questions, and present actionable insights
  • Oversee the execution of team experience research projects, from initial questionnaire design to the delivery of high-impact reporting
  • Serve as the SME, providing a data-informed perspective to ensure the team’s voice is represented in strategic decisions
  • Engage with AI and emerging technologies to streamline insights and adapt to rapid changes within the tech landscape

Requirements:

  • Sound understanding or experience in end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research, with high data literacy required
  • Strong partnerships experience across the business, acting as our SME to translate technical insights into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership
  • Exposure to data tools like Excel, DisplayR, or Medallia to transform raw datasets into actionable insights
  • A "test and learn" approach to emerging tech (including prompt engineering and experimental design) to analyse team experience data
  • A genuine passion for understanding human motivation and team engagement, combined with the organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
