As a Business Development Manager / Sales Specialist at NTT DATA, you will play a critical role in driving growth within our IT Outsourcing services. You will be responsible for developing and expanding business within existing accounts while actively generating new opportunities across assigned clients. This role requires a strong consultative sales mindset, deep industry connections, and proven experience working with outsourcing or manpower companies. You will collaborate closely with Client Management and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions, present compelling value propositions, and successfully close deals that meet client needs and revenue targets.
Job Responsibility
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned and existing accounts, focusing on IT outsourcing services
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by generating your own leads and qualified opportunities
Partner with Client Management, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to create and execute effective account strategies
Develop and maintain account plans, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Conduct client meetings, workshops, and presentations to senior stakeholders, clearly articulating NTT DATA’s capabilities and value
Prepare and manage proposals, pricing, scope of work, and commercial negotiations
Ensure accurate sales forecasting, close plans, and CRM updates
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients at multiple levels, including CXO and senior leadership
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to refine sales strategies
Apply structured sales methodologies and tools to ensure consistent qualification and stakeholder alignment
Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, revenue targets, and growth objectives
Adapt quickly to changing client demands, new missions, or urgent deadlines
Requirements
Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major
Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Manpower Outsourcing Business
Minimum of 4 years of experience with proven track record in Business Development for IT Services
Strong knowledge and connection in the IT industry
Must have a background in Staff Augmentation
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and resourceful with strong demonstrated leadership qualities
