We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Palace of Westminster Team based in our London studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied position, is exceptionally organised, and enjoys taking ownership of tasks that help keep a team and their projects running smoothly. This position offers a varied and engaging workload, opportunities to develop professionally, and the chance to play a key role in supporting the team and its projects.
Job Responsibility:
Handle daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, meeting preparation and outputs, gathering information, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Produce, proofread, and format high-quality documents, spreadsheets, graphics, and presentations
Maintain databases, update logs, and ensure information is accurate, organised, and accessible
Proactively identify issues, suggest improvements, and take initiative to ensure efficient workflows
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role within the architecture, engineering, or construction sector
Experience working across multiple tasks or departments
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business software
Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to have:
Familiarity with RIBA work stages and architectural project workflows
Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
