Requirements

Experience in a similar role supporting senior management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
Discretion, tact and political sensitivity in handling confidential and sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern administrative systems
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibility

Manage diaries, correspondence, and communications with professionalism and discretion
Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient planning and briefing materials are prepared
Draft, proofread, and coordinate responses to correspondence, reports, presentations and briefings
Liaise with senior stakeholders including Government departments, local authorities, business leaders, and elected members
Organise travel, accommodation and logistical arrangements
Order office equipment, stationary and catering where required
Liaising with IT and technical support with any IT related issues
Maintain confidentiality and operate with integrity and sound judgement at all times
Contribute to the smooth running of the office and support broader operational processes where required
