Requirements:
Proven experience in a team coordinator, project administrator, or similar role
Proficiency in document control using tools like Aconex, CEMAR, Atvero, or CMap PIM
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and compiling client reports
Strong organisational skills with a flexible, self-directed approach
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across all levels
High attention to detail and commercial awareness
Familiarity with architectural or design studio environments is a plus!
