We are seeking a Team Coordinator/Senior Administrator to join our vibrant Architectural Company in London. As a Team Coordinator/Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Partners and architectural teams, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

  • Team Coordination
  • General Administrative Support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a team coordinator, project administrator, or similar role
  • Proficiency in document control using tools like Aconex, CEMAR, Atvero, or CMap PIM
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and compiling client reports
  • Strong organisational skills with a flexible, self-directed approach
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across all levels
  • High attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Familiarity with architectural or design studio environments is a plus!
