Job Responsibility:
Thoughtful Diary Management: Acting as a supportive gatekeeper for 7 GM calendars
intuitively anticipating clashes and rescheduling with care to ensure a balanced day for our leaders
Financial Care: Managing AMEX reconciliations and expense processing with a high degree of conscientiousness
Administrative Harmony: Handling invoices and vendor payments via internal databases to maintain strong relationships with our external partners
Welcoming New Starters: Coordinating hardware and HR forms to ensure new team members feel welcomed and prepared from day one
Travel Coordination: Organizing domestic and international travel with a focus on creating seamless, stress-free journeys for the team
Requirements:
Experience managing complex schedules while maintaining warm, positive relationships with multiple stakeholders
A keen eye for detail, especially when helping the team stay on top of financial tasks and reconciliations
The ability to sense needs before they arise and provide solutions that keep the team's energy focused and calm
A professional yet approachable communication style, with the ability to provide 'gentle reminders' to busy executives in a supportive way
