We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to both the Regulatory Policy Team and Member Relations. This part‑time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys coordinating activities, and is committed to delivering high‑quality support.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a central point of contact for both teams, managing diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating with venues, and maintaining appointment schedules
Support the administration of multiple committees and working groups, including CRM updates, scheduling meetings, and preparing and distributing agendas and papers
Assist Member Relations with the preparation of internal and external reports
Maintain accurate CRM records and produce associated reports
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel packs, including itineraries and relevant meeting summaries
Collate and process expenses
Provide logistical support for organisation-hosted events in London, including occasional evening commitments
Provide cover for the Executive Assistant/Office Manager when required
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Confident using CRM platforms
Strong organisational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
A professional, flexible approach with a proactive, can-do attitude
