Job Description:

The Team Assistant - Banking & International will support Bulgaria CCO & Banking Head/Central & Eastern Europe Corporate Banking Head. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused professional to serve as a Team Assistant - Banking & International. This hybrid role combines administrative support to senior executives with client relationship assistance and coordination, helping to ensure smooth internal operations and superior client service

Job Responsibility:

  • Senior Assistant to the Bulgaria CCO & Banking Head/Central & Eastern Europe Corporate Banking Head
  • Expenses and invoice processing
  • Business continuity planning
  • Sourcing and compiling business related information
  • Making research and creating analysis
  • Provide support to Corporate Banking team members and contribute to team initiatives and projects
  • Interact with the other departments of the bank
  • Help with preparation of internal and client presentations and support follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and liaising with Product, Operations Legal, and Compliance
  • Assist on day-to-day client inquiries and service-related matters, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • Monitor client activity and support relationship managers to ensure service levels and operational excellence are maintained
  • Prepare periodic internal and regulatory reports where necessary
  • Updating various databases containing client-related information and working on presentations
  • Additionally supporting Country HR Officer with people related administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in banking, executive assistant, or client service role
  • Technical skills: MS Office with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Upholds to the highest standards of behavior and work ethic
  • Interest in financial markets, basic knowledge of financial products, financial modelling and good understanding of economics
  • Presentation skills
  • Native Bulgarian and advanced English language knowledge

Nice to have:

Experience with CRM applications (Concur and Procurement to Pay is a plus)
