Job Description:

The Team Assembler role involves manufacturing high-quality, life-saving products in a fast-paced environment with extensive training provided. Responsibilities include assembling parts, ensuring quality, troubleshooting problems, and supporting team activities. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, and the role is compensated hourly at $19.21 with competitive US benefits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assemble various parts and components in prescribed sequence and location
  • visually check and inspect work to ensure proper quality
  • perform all adjustments, rework and repairs as necessary
  • test for quality as required
  • participate in team activities and problem solving sessions
  • communicate problems and/or solutions to appropriate team member
  • document and/or chart production data
  • assist other team members to ensure quality product and smooth flow
  • troubleshoot problems
  • train, instruct and assist other operators
  • evaluate defective material and tooling, faulty operations, questionable conditions and potential work stoppages
  • ensure work area and equipment are clean, orderly and safe
  • follow safety regulations

Requirements:
