Job Description:

The role involves responding to customer support calls, coordinating technicians for on-site service works, and general administrative tasks. It starts as a temporary position but may transition to a permanent one.

Job Responsibility:

  • Logging new service calls and liaising with customers
  • Allocating and scheduling service technicians to meet customer requirements
  • General administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the Service department

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a varied administrative role in a busy environment
  • Scheduling experience is desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A professional and courteous telephone manner, with an ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
