Logging new service calls and liaising with customers

General administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the Service department
Requirements:
Previous experience in a varied administrative role in a busy environment
Scheduling experience is desirable but not essential
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
A professional and courteous telephone manner, with an ability to build strong relationships
Excellent communication and team working skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
