We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join Metcash based in Canning Vale who will be responsible for supporting the State Commercial Team in partnering with the WA Metcash team to drive and deliver business strategy and commercial outcomes. The role focuses on business analysis, process streamlining and governance to deliver network growth, performance improvement and transformation to the Wholesaler and Independent network.
Job Responsibility:
Provide commercial and financial support to the WA State team, ensuring effective governance and practices
Support commercial activities including IGA growth initiatives, purchase requests, reporting, and insights
Prepare clear reports and presentations to support decision‑making and commercial outcomes
Partner with National Credit to onboard customers, maintain accurate documentation, and manage credit risk
Work closely with Sales to resolve account queries and manage franchise onboarding processes
Provide State Office administrative support, including diary management and expenses
Drive continuous improvement, strong stakeholder relationships, and compliance with governance standards
Prepare and co-ordinate documents for execution with internal stake holders and customers
Requirements:
Experience within Consumer Goods, Wholesale and/or Retail/Convenience or Supply Chain environments preferred
1–3 years’ experience in a commercial, analytical, finance or coordination role
Exposure to performance reporting and stakeholder coordination
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with excellent analytical and presentation capability
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and clear communication
