We are seeking a proactive and versatile Team Administrator to join a dynamic team based in White City. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator with HR knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and wider department
Handle day-to-day HR-related tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating interviews
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate team calendars
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries
Assist with event coordination and internal communications
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and hard copy)
Support with ad hoc projects and general office duties
Requirements:
Strong administrative background with proven experience in a team support role
Basic HR experience or knowledge of HR processes
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A positive, can-do attitude and a flexible, team-player mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
