Job Description:

Team Administrator role for a leading property investment firm, playing a key role in managing a portfolio of over 800 commercial and residential properties across the UK in a collaborative, professional environment

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Purchase Orders (POs) for property repairs and maintenance
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants and contractors
  • Coordinate repairs, raise job orders, and track progress to ensure timely completion
  • Work closely with the commercial property team and liaise with lettings, residential, and legal departments
  • Handle invoices and collaborate with accounts for prompt contractor payments
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations through audits and site visits
  • Keep accurate records and organise schedules for inspections and meetings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration, ideally within property or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with tenants and contractors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly
  • A proactive team player who thrives under pressure
