This successful construction company is on the lookout for a dedicated Team Administrator who will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality administrative support to the Learning & Development team
Job Responsibility:
Schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and inductions
Liaise with training providers and venues
Maintain the L&D calendar
Maintain accurate training records and track mandatory training
Assist with preparation for client audits and external reporting
Be the first point of contact for L&D-related enquiries
Distribute communications about courses, learning opportunities, and policy updates
Support onboarding processes by coordinating new starter training
Generate reports on training completion rates and compliance
Process invoices and raise purchase orders
Maintain the L&D database and support the implementation of new systems
Provide general administrative assistance to the team as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative/support role is beneficial
Confident Excel skills - including Pivot Table and Vlookups
Proactive individual with excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
