Team Administrator - Brisbane 2032

• Providing diary management, travel coordination, expense processing and administrative support to the Director roles within the Division to ensure efficient, professional and smooth operations of the team
• Managing any shared mailboxes ensuring efficient workflow tracking and timely escalation of urgent matters
• Support the planning, coordination and communication of key stakeholder meetings and workshops
• Capture and manage stakeholder details across the Office of the President
• Helping with event coordination, logistics and delivery which may at times require travelling and working from different locations
• Assist with tracking of budget and financial reporting
• Handling confidential information in a professional and discreet manner
• Provide support to the wider organisation as required

• Experience working with Government departments and senior officials is desirable but not essential
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
• Adaptability and agility in responding to changing business needs and priorities, remaining calm and positive under pressure in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and other relevant software applications and systems
