We are excited to be working with one of our fantastic Charity partners again to recruit a friendly and organised Office Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills within a business that really does make a difference. You will be reporting directly to the Business Support Manager and be the compassionate, safe pair of hands for all things admin so if you're able to effortlessly manage a variety of responsibilities simultaneously with a calm and flexible approach to work, then this is going to be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Being the first point of contact for all telephone and email queries, assisting and directing as needed
  • Welcoming scheduled visitors to the site and typing up minutes of meetings
  • Processing and submitting invoices, making purchases as required
  • Liaise with utility companies and service providers, booking in repairs as needed
  • Ensuring the database is always up to date with payments
  • Contacting the client base as required
  • Assisting with the smooth running of the supported Food Bank on site
  • Admin duties as required by the Senior Management and wider team including sorting mail, photocopying, keeping stationery supplies in stock

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role including reception duties
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to learn
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities
