The Team Accommodation Shift Manager is responsible for the smooth delivery of the cleaning shift, ensuring operational plans are fulfilled, and managing the team to maintain high standards and guest experience in a fun-filled environment at Butlin's.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure the smooth delivery of the cleaning shift
Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled
Ensure team are in the right place at the right time to manage fluctuating demand
Support and coach the team to deliver a great experience and drive key metrics
Ensure delivery of CAFF standards while driving improvements in both Guest and Employee NPS
Conduct quality control checks on the Mobaro system and lead feedback conversations
Ensure the team receives necessary training and support
Manage the implementation of the initial 90-day program for new team members
Oversee all personnel-related activities from onboarding through the full employee life cycle, including PDPs, performance management, and formal HR processes
Set clear objectives and PDPs for the team
Support team surveys and lead action plans
Uphold brand standards
Ensure the team meets health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a leadership role in a similar cleaning environment
Experience in training and coaching a team in a fun-filled environment
Extensive operational knowledge in managing a cleaning or soft services team
Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
High standards and meticulous attention to detail
Experience in leading both permanent and temporary teams
