Job Description:

We are recruiting a Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Administrator to support the Curriculum & Programmes Team, within the School of Medical Sciences, which is available immediately.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to deliver excellent service provision, placing the student experience at the heart of what we do
  • Work flexibly both alone and as part of a team, across organisational boundaries
  • Be a point of contact for teaching staff, both internal and external, key contacts within the School, Faculty and central University administration

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work positively and respectfully with a range of students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work proficiently with a range of MS 365 applications
  • Highly self-motivated showing initiative with a proactive approach
