Job Responsibility

Provide dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with a range of SEND including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language needs
Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and developing social and emotional skills
Promote inclusion and positive behaviour in the classroom
Assist with personal care and mobility where required
Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and assessments
Adapt quickly to different school environments and pupil needs
